Who has the right to use discounts:
The following persons who are members of the young family:
- Children of the Martyrs
- Children of the Hero of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Children of the National Hero of Azerbaijan;
- A displaced person or a person equivalent to it;
- A person who has served in the civil service for at least 3 years, including a special type of civil service;
- A person who has worked as a teacher in a state general education institution for at least 3 years;
- A person with a Doctor of Philosophy degree;
- A person with special services in the field of sports (honored physical education and sportsman, winner of national level competitions (1st place), laureate of international level competitions (I, II or III place);
- A person who has worked as a journalist for at least 5 years and is included in the Media Register.
- A person with a Doctor of Science degree;
- A person who has served in the civil service for at least 15 years, including a person who has served in a special type of civil service;
- Military servicemen of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have been in military service for at least 3 years (except for military servicemen in full-term active military service), as well as those who have been reserved and retired (Articles 41.0.6, 41.0.7 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Military Duty and Military Service" with the exception of military servicemen released to the reserve or resigned in the cases provided for in Articles 41.0.8, 41.0.10, 42.0.3, 42.0.4 and 42.0.5);
- A person with a special rank who has served in internal affairs bodies for at least 3 years;
- Scientific workers working in a scientific position for at least 3 years;
- A person who has worked as a teacher in a state general educational institution for at least 15 years;
- A person who has worked as a journalist for at least 15 years and is included in the Media Register.
- a member of the martyr's family (husband/wife).
- Hero of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan (himself, husband/wife).
- National Hero of Azerbaijan (himself, husband/wife).
